WWE UK - opinions.

With wwe NXT UK Blackpool event coming up, NXT UK: takeover, it's safe to say wwe are branching out to the UK...

The uk has a massive population of wrestling fans and wrestlers, to name a few who were took on by wwe paige, wade barrett and a few others.

But to where it all started for years UK fans have stayed up till 4 or 5am to watch raw or smackdown or even a PPV, myself being one of these people.

We have always tweeted asking for a PPV to happen over here, since we get wwe once a year and raw and smackdown that week are NOT live, damn timezones, anyway wwe have always said with time zones it would never work, that was until a LIVE nxt PPV happened in London  that was live on the wwe network, this was just one small step to the UK getting something wwe related happening.

Along with that came the NXT United Kingdom championship,  first won by UK wrestler Tyler Bate, which is now held by Pete Dunne.

So what's next? After all this wwe recently announced the new  brand NXT UK, which is taped for the network and shown every week, with the brand having it's own set of titles one for Male and Female, the female one currently being held by Rhea Ripley, the brand being included in the world collide tournament at the royal rumble axxess.

Now along with their own PPV coming up very soon, Saturday the 12th of January  2019, today on the 11th of January the very first wwe performance center was opened, the first one outside of USA.
The centre is opened in London to those on the wwe NXT UK brand, where they can go train and be looked after, we all know how it works down in the wwe performance centre.

With all these big moves in the UK, will it happen maybe a wrestlemania? The biggest event wwe have done in the UK was summerslam 1992. With all this reaching out in the UK, one can only presume it will happen at some point.

Keep up to date on NXT UK via the wwe network.

Hopefully big things are happening with wwe and the UK, I think us UK fans sure hope so, with PPV's happening in other part of the worlds (we won't mention one of the ppv's) where timezones dont match up with the American  times, taking place last year.

I guess its all about waiting and finding out.

But our NXT UK brand is to talented not to tune in and watch so if you have never watched it before this Saturday is your chance, Saturday  the 12th of January.
