The best thing he's ever done for himself- Cody Rhodes.

As wrestling fans we have all heard the name Rhodes, whether it was dusty, cody or even Dustin but hes better known as goldust to most.

Since cody left wwe in 2016 hes been the talk of the town, well the internet., showingbthat life after wwe can be amazing and even better then wwe itself, it's safe to say wwe dropped the ball on cody running up to him leaving, there was never really a full storyline in place for him when he got given the role of stardust, which he shined in the gimmick role of this.

WWE life before the stardust gimmick for cody was good, he had plenty of storylines, which included some of wwe's biggest stars, to name one being randy orton, he had his fair share of titles, intercontinental championship  and tag team championship multiple times, it seemed it all went down hill when stardust was brought into things, as we know cody is a work horse so he sure did give his everything to this gimmick, which is what made stardust amazing even if he never took off.

Since leaving wwe cody, has become a wrestler that people look up to and want to be, taking off in the indies, his first indies match after wwe being at evolve 66, he has won championship in ROH and new Japen pro wrestling,  honestly  just taking the indies by storm.

The two biggest milestones for cody, which have made the Rhodes name shine bright on the internet was first of all was the PPV known as ALL IN, which was a massive hit, pure wrestling  entertainment  with everyone wanting in on it even star of CW's Arrow Stephen Amell, which cody has played part in over a couple seasons, the PPV left people wanting more, it left people excited for wrestling,  it was a star studded indies wrestling  event which took us all by storm.

The most recent thing cody is taking on is AEW, also know at all elite wrestling, he at the age of 33 is taking on becoming an executive vice president for this all new wrestling  promotion,  which has already signed some massive stars, in a promotion  where males and females are all going to be treated as equals, like it should be, I wish nothing but good Luck to cody and co for this new adventure.

Honestly the name Cody Rhodes wont be forgotten,  leaving wwe is and was the best thing for him as hes become not just a wrestler  but a businessman, is wasnt a mistake cody leaving wwe.

The Rhodes name is a special name to us wrestling fans and cody is just adding to the reasons why its special.

At first  I was sad cody left wwe, being a fan for years but looking back I'm so happy that he did as all this just makes me even more of a fan then before, he deserves  nothing but the best, he and brandi are a wrestling dream team and keep taking us by storm.

Can't wait too see what the future  holds for Mr Cody Rhodes.
